Abstract

This article analyzes the role and importance of technical progress as a moral and strategic resource in modern society. It explains how technological achievements, combined with moral values, can serve to develop human capital and ensure social stability. It also substantiates the need to consider moral criteria when making strategic decisions based on technical progress.
