Abstract

This study examines the practical mechanisms of education quality management in Japan and evaluates their applicability for improving education systems in other countries. By analyzing Japan’s policy frameworks, school inspection models, and teacher professional development programs, the research identifies effective strategies for enhancing academic standards. The study employs comparative analysis, case study methodology, and policy evaluation to provide recommendations for practical implementation in different contexts.
