Abstract
The present work examines issues of enforcement of arbitration agreement under Uzbek law. The reference will be made to national and international instruments and guidelines, including but not limited to the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On International Commercial Arbitration”, and the New York Convention (1958). Issues of validity of arbitration agreement and its enforcement, arbitrability of disputes will be analyzed in the context of enforcement of arbitration agreement in Uzbekistan.
