Abstract

Mazkur maqolada chet ellik investorlarning huquqiy maqomi hamda ularni davlat tomonidan qoʻllab-quvvatlash boʻyicha imtiyoz va preferensiyalar berish boʼyicha mavjud holat milliy qonunchilik asosida tahlil qilib chiqilgan.
